#9, Magic Hat’s “not quite pale ale,” is a “beer cloaked in secrecy.” It truly is hard to describe. A 4.6% ABV and the use of Cascade and Apollo hops make this ale a perfect pairing for braised ribs, sweet potato soup, or a chicken etouffée. #9 is Magic Hat’s flagship beer and definitely one worth bringing home this holiday (or any time of year!. Mmmm.
