Adios, 2009

2009 has been an exciting year for Leon Farmer and Company! We saw the introduction of several new brands in our warehouses – Peak Organic, Gordon Biersch and Bud Light Golden Wheat.

We participated in the first annual Green Life Expo at the Classic Center in downtown Athens, and were repeat sponsors of several local events including Brewfest, Taste of Athens, Mulefest and Athfest.

In addition to joining Twitter and Facebook, we worked with Plexus, a web design service, to create the beautiful website you’re looking at right now; and every day we come a little closer to meeting our Green Pastures goals to become more environmentally self-sustaining.

With such an incredible year behind us, I can only imagine where we find ourselves this time next year. New products, new events, new goals… I can’t wait for 2010! None of this could have been possible without the support of our partners, employees, customers, and community, so we at Leon Farmer and Company would like to thank you all for everything and wish you a Happy New Year!
