Did you know that February is National Pancake Month? It’s true! To celebrate the tasty flat treat, I whipped up some homemade maple beer pancakes with a delicious cream sauce using The Maple Collaboration ale from Peak Organic Brewing Company. It’s an easy recipe & the beer brings out the most amazing flavors of maple syrup, oats and just a slight beery taste when you take that first bite! You can find the ingredients and cooking instructions in this month’s issue of Southern Distinction Magazine.

Will Athens see distribution of The Maple Collaboration ale any time this year? Cheers on keeping Athens 'up to date' with the rest of the craft beer movement in the US.
Athens had it in January but sadly I think the time of The Maple Collab is over. Hopefully Peak Brewing will release it again over the winter holidays! Or send something equally awesome to take its place.
