Charles Johnson

Senior Vice President - Director of Sales

Charles ‘C.J.’ Johnson started work with Leon Farmer & Company in 1981 following a ten year career in restaurant management in the Atlanta area. His first position with the company was as the Eagle Snacks Brand Manager. He has held numerous management positions including: Team Leader, Operations Manager, Chain Account Manager and Sales Manager. In 1996 he was recognized as Anheuser-Busch Sales Manager of the Year for the state of Georgia.

C.J. has a B.A. in Economics and a J.D. degree. He is retired from the Navy Reserve after a 28 year career where he earned the rank of Captain. His service includes active duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.

C.J. lives in Watkinsville, Georgia with his wife Janice. They have 2 daughters. His oldest daughter is a school teacher in South Carolina and the youngest is a senior at The University of Georgia. He enjoys tailgating, flower gardening, golf and home improvement.
