Dashing Warriors Leap, Duck, Dodge and Crawl to the Finish

Are you a WARRIOR?

Warrior Dash is the ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes. This running series is held on some of the nation’s most demanding and unique terrain. Participants will conquer extreme obstacles and celebrate their feat with music, beer, warrior helmets and muddy shorts.

Pyramid Haywire will be on hand to refresh runners at the Southeast’s very own first annual Warrior Dash, which takes place this weekend in Mountain City, Georgia at the Blue Ridge Camp and Resort. Costumes are encouraged and there are prizes for many different feats as athletes travel the 3.22 mile course.

Some of the obstacles warriors will be asked to overcome include:

Warrior Roast – Leap over the warrior fires

Muddy Mayhem – Crawl through the muddy pit to the finish

Cargo Climb- Maneuver over the cargo nets

Black Forest- Forge your way through uncharted forest

Junkyard Jam – Stampede through the scrapyard
