Southern Distinction released its December issue with a festive feature on holiday craft beers from Magic Hat, Gordon Biersch and Southern Tier and holiday dishes you can pair (or cook!) them with.

Magic Hat Howl pairs well with pork chops or steak tips. Gordon Biersch Winterbock tastes great with braised ribs, roasted vegetables or even egg noodles. Southern Tier boasts three holidays beers – Old Man Winter, which pairs best with strong cheeses and dark chocolate, Choklat, which complements desserts and also blends perfectly in an ice cream float, and Krampus, a heavy Helles lager enjoyed with a panini or pasta dish.
