Fifteen years of Athfest

Athfest is back for another extended weekend of incredible music, art and festivities in downtown Athens, GA June 22-26. As in previous years, the festival will showcase regional musicians at indoor and outdoor stages as well as regional artists’ works in booths and on the walls of local businesses.

Outside of football season, Athfest is one of the largest events in Athens. It brings thousands of visitors to the Classic City and introduces them to the culture we’ve all grown to love. Sponsors include Redhook Brewery and several local restaurants and businesses.

2011 marks the first year that Athfest will be going mobile! The Athfest iPhone app provides features such as scrollable band lineup that can be personalized into a schedule for your choice of shows, a map of downtown Athens, and customized band pages.

Make sure to mark the dates on your calendar and get a wristband! And if you’re an iPhone user, add the new app so you don’t miss out on your favorite bands.
