This month’s issue of Southern Distinction Magazine featured an article from our own Brian Roth on cooking dishes made with locally growned food and craft-brewed beer! Attached is a PDF, but you can also pick up a copy from Southern Distinction’s office in Bogart, GA or at your local Barnes and Noble bookseller. Brian featured Magners Cider, Peak Organic Summer Session Ale, and Southern Tier Creme Brulee in his recipes. Delicious!
