“Kalik,” pronounced Kah-Leek, is the sound made by cowbells during the Bahamas annual Junkanoo Festival held in the Christmas and New Year’s season (think Mardi Gras Caribbean style). It’s also the most popular beer in the Bahamas, a lager that can be enjoyed year-round.
